The Kenya Programme Director leads NLF’s East African operations, with primary responsibility for the Prison Fellowship Academy and Leadership Academy. A seasoned faith leader and development professional, this role bridges the gap between correctional services, local churches, and community organisations in Kenya.
Head of Re-Entry Services — Nigeria
Nigeria
Leading NLF’s Re-Entry Support Program in Nigeria, this role coordinates pre-release preparation, release day logistics, post-release mentorship, and employer partnerships. A trained social worker with extensive experience in offender rehabilitation and community reintegration.
Legal Aid Coordinator — Nigeria
Nigeria
A qualified lawyer with a heart for justice, the Legal Aid Coordinator oversees NLF’s pro bono legal services team in Nigeria, managing case reviews, court representations, and advocacy for inmates denied access to legal counsel.
Digital Skills Academy Lead — Nigeria

Responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Digital Skills Academy in Nigeria, this role manages trainer deployment, equipment logistics, curriculum updates, and graduate placement support.
Fundraising & Communications Manager

Based in Pennsylvania, this role drives NLF’s fundraising strategy, donor communications, grant writing, and global brand management — ensuring that the Foundation has the resources and visibility needed to sustain and grow its impact.
Prison Fellowship Chaplain — Kenya
Kenya
The lead chaplain for NLF’s Prison Fellowship Academy in Kenya, facilitating weekly discipleship sessions, pastoral care, and spiritual formation programs within Kenyan correctional facilities. Ordained and deeply committed to the transformative power of faith in the prison context.
